Alentia invierte 450.000 euros en Arbórea Intellbird Inversores Business Angels en industria del Transporte y sector Logísitico Un grupo de inversores asociados a ALENTIA han realizado una inversión de 450.000 euros en la empresa salmantina Arbórea que le permitirán impulsar su plan de negocio en los próximos años. En el grupo de inversores participan destacados industriales de la Comunidad de Castilla y León junto con inversores con perfil financiero. Las aportaciones realizadas por los 10 inversores que han participado en la operación oscilan entre un mínimo de 5.000 euros y un máximo de 100.000 euros. La ampliación de capital realizada permitirá el crecimiento de la compañía en los próximos años y que se traducirá en la creación de entre 5 y 10 puestos de trabajo con elevado grado de cualificación, principalmente ingenieros. Los inversores involucrados han valorado la gran potencialidad del proyecto de Arbórea en la inspección de todo tipo de infraestructuras industriales, tales como aerogeneradores, centrales térmicas, canalizaciones de agua, etc. Asimismo el carácter emprendedor de su promotor, Carlos Bernabéu, ha sido uno de los elementos determinantes en la toma de la decisión por parte de los inversores. En la agrupación de los inversores interesados, ALENTIA ha estructurado la constitución de una sociedad vehículo al efecto. La creación de este tipo de vehículos aporta una serie de ventajas a estas operaciones como son: se agrupa a los inversores pudiendo dar cabida tanto a grandes como a pequeños capitales, se gana fuerza negociadora frente a otras partes y adicionalmente permite a los inversores a título individual beneficiarse de las deducciones fiscales en materia de IRPF puestas en marcha por la Junta de Castilla y León en 2013 y que los inversores de ALENTIA están aprovechando. Arbórea es una empresa son sede en el parque Científico de la Universidad de Salamanca y capitaneada por su socio fundador Carlos Bernabéu.
