Wien (OTS) - Nach der COVID-19 bedingten Absage des ASICS Österreichischen Frauenlaufes, bei dem heuer wieder über 30.000 Frauen und Mädchen erwartet wurden, geht das Veranstaltungsteam rund um Ilse Dippmann und Andreas Schnabl innovative Schritte zur Organisation sicherer Laufveranstaltungen. Beim 1st Women’s Distance Run wird nicht nur das emotionale Erlebnis eines echten Laufevents sondern erstmals auch umfassendes Contact Tracing im Rahmen eines Laufevents garantiert. Ziel ist es die Laufveranstaltungsszene im Herbst unter Einhaltung strenger COVID-19 Präventionsmaßnahmen wieder Schritt für Schritt zu beleben. Neustart im Laufsport notwendig „Der Lockdown hat viele zur Bewegung gebracht, aber noch mehr davon abgehalten. Ohne das konkrete Ziel bei einem Laufbewerb teilzunehmen fehlt oft die Motivation! Laufevents tragen massiv zu regelmäßigem Ausdauersport und damit entscheidend zur Gesundheit der Menschen bei!“ ist Geschäftsführerin Ilse Dippmann überzeugt, dass ein Neustart im Laufsport dringend notwendig ist. „Der 1st Women’s Distance Run soll ein erster wichtiger Schritt sein, um zu zeigen, dass Laufevents auch mit dem notwendigen Abstand, kontrolliert und damit sicher durchführbar sind.“ 1st Women’s Distance Run Der 1st Women’s Distance Run findet als 5km-Lauf am Samstag, den 26. September 2020 in der Prater Hauptallee statt und wird – so wie der ASICS Österreichische Frauenlauf – ein Bewerb nur für Frauen sein. Entsprechend der gültigen COVID-19 Lockerungsverordnung wird es zwei zeitlich ausreichend versetzte Starts mit jeweils max. 99 Teilnehmerinnen geben. 100%-iges Contact Tracing ohne zugewiesener Sitzplätze möglich „Wir sind stolz als erstes Laufevent Österreichs ein neu entwickeltes Contact Tracing System für jede Teilnehmerin bereitstellen zu können“, freut sich Geschäftsführer Andreas Schnabl über den innovativen Schritt. In Zusammenarbeit mit der D-ARIA GesmbH, einem high-tech „Grow-Up“ aus dem Bereich Logistik, Technik und Forschung, bekommt jede Teilnehmerin leihweise einen Community Distance Marker, als digitalen Support mit auf die Laufstrecke. Mit der Zuordnung der Startnummer können kritische Kontakte im Anlassfall nachvollzogen und eine rasche, lückenlose Informationskette in Gang gesetzt werden. Damit wird erstmals ein Contact Tracing bei Veranstaltungen mit nicht zugewiesenen Sitzplätzen möglich.
