Bible Groups

We believe that the Bible is used by the Holy Spirit as a normal or common means of grace.  The Word of God is sometimes described as God's love letters to God's own children.  We encourage people to meet with God through reading the Bible, talking with God in prayer, and thinking about God throughout your day.  If you do not know how to start, please ask Pastor Bruce about a place to start.
Tuesday Morning Sermon Prep Bible Study

There is a regular 8:45 a.m. Bible study in the Mission Hall where the Bible study participants help the pastor craft the message for the following Sunday.  The group has a small group feel to it.  By studying the Word ahead of time, the pastor gains insights into what words or concepts from the Scripture text may present difficulties on Sunday morning.  The group never feels like Sunday morning is a repeat of the study, so please do not let that deter you from coming.

Wednesday Evening Bible Study

There is a regular 7:00 p.m. Bible study which is conducted via Zoom.   Usually, a book of the Bible is studied from beginning to end over the course of several weeks, sometimes months.  It is never too late to join a study.
